Most people turn off their brains to their dog’s behaviour when they aren’t training. But your dog is always learning. Thinking that theres a on and off button is hurting your SA training. In the middle of the day: the interactions you have, the moments your dog spends alone, the barking to get attention, the calm moment have to be included in your training plan!
