Description

Hi lovelies,Welcome to another episode of Cosmic Heartist!

Today's guest is my beautiful friend, Jelly Merahanna, who I met through the embodiment coaching training I did a couple of years ago.

Jelly is a multidimensional being, always learning & evolving. A self-growth enthusiast and holistic life lover, she weaves wellness, movement, and mindfulness into everything she does.

Full-time wifey and a key support in her husband’s mortgage business, she also nurtures her passion for holistic life and embodiment coaching on the side. A gym goer, nature lover, yogi, and devoted dog and cat mom, she finds joy in movement, conscious living, and deepening her connection to the world around her.

No matter the hat she wears, her mission remains the same: to live joyfully, elevate energy, and inspire others to live happier, healthier lives. Rooted in nature, movement, and intentional living, she believes curiosity is the key to growth, connection, and a vibrant life.

In this episode we talk about:

  • exploring wellness
  • embodiment coaching for emotional healing
  • embracing our inner teenager
  • the difference between coaching and therapy through Jelly's lens
  • exploring our highest self aka truest true
  • journaling, intentions, and personal growth
  • Jelly's personal journey with wellness and fitness
  • Flowers for our amazing partners

Sending love,
