I jumped on a bus to Dupont Circle having no idea who I was going to interview today...it was nerve-racking but exciting at the same time. Out of nowhere I bump into and old friend from high school, and boom bada bing bang, there it is...today's episode. Jochem Zijp is a sommelier currently working on a cocktail program at Ripple in the Cleveland Park neighborhood of Washington DC.
