Description
Michael sits down with New American Foundation's Open Technology Institute Policy Counsel, Robyn Greene. The two talk about surveillance and the USA Freedom Act, a bill to end bulk collection. The discussion includes explaining various Patriot Act powers such as 215 orders and 702 as well as the structure of the FISA court. They also discuss Executive Order 12333 from the Reagan Administration which also allows for the bulk collection.
