Housing is a human right and investors should not be able to take houses from local residents who need them. Sparrentak emphasizes that social cohesion and a greater supply of affordable housing is what is needed to combat the housing crisis around the world. She believes that homelessness in the EU could end by 2030 if the EU pursues housing as a human right.
