What's up guys !

Super nice to be back again!

This time I am with Ben Morrow in Rotterdam, this is where he has been living for 4 years now.

This first part as the title says, is more about him competing for the latte art nationals in Australia and the "Coffee Masters", London and New York.

Being a roaster he will explain his philosophy on what is roasting and what style he wants to achieve and why ! He will also tell us how he and Esther Maasdam (co-owner) select the green coffees.

We will finish this part by talking about the special relationship he has been building with Panamanian coffee producers. He will tell us what they have achieve working together.
