What happened to all of the Rodeo Contestants especially the Rough Stock events?  Where are all the Spectators?  The Rodeo stands use to be full and now it is less than half.  Where are all the Volunteers?  Where did all the donations go?  It is just the same few people that have to do it all because the younger generation will not participate or volunteer.  What about our Hunting Privileges?  What about our Wildlife and their Habitats? Are smart phones our problem?
