2. Leg press 2 x 6-8, 10-12


3a. Incline benchpress smith machine 2 x 10-12


3b. Chest-supported dumbbell row 2 x 10-12 


4. Seated leg curl 2 x 15-18 


5. Dumbbell lateral raise 2 x 10-12 (last set to failure)


6. Overhead tricep extension 2 x 10-12 


7. Dumbbell bicep curl 2 x 12-15 (last set dropset)
