Today I want to discuss the importance of communication with your spouse and all the ways we tend to fuck that up. Homework: Google the four styles of communication with your person. Have a discussion about it. Have them tell you what style they think you are and what challenges they have in talking to you. Then you do the same for them. It’s a great way to tip-toe into communicating without having an important discussion weighing on you.
