There are so many ways to get started in real estate but it all comes down to what your goals are. You need to truly understand what you're trying to achieve and why. Once you do that you can decide if you're going to passively invest or actively invest. Will you invest in single-family homes, multi-family, commercial real estate? Will you keep them for long-term rentals, flip them, wholesale them, etc.? There's no right or wrong route, there's just taking action.
