Author, currently working on first book about own life and experience with PTSD. First Responder Peer Support group member. Public speaker on the the subject of PTSD, mental illness, substance/alcohol abuse and suicide awareness. Currently working towards being certified as a Life Coach specifically aimed at the First Responder world.
