The San Diego Padres have clinched a playoff spot after taking down the Los Angeles Dodgers last night. Deputies have arrested a man wanted for causing a hit and run which left a San Marcos teenager seriously injured. NBC 7 Investigates is speaking with Poway Unified School district officials, who warn that within the next four years almost every school building within the district will be in poor condition.
