Rachel has a master’s degree in Family Education with a Teaching Certificate in Parent Education from the University of Minnesota. She works as a parent educator and parent coach, and is the founder of Growing Great Families. Rachel worked as a doula for over 10 years supporting women and families through childbirth and labor, and during the prenatal and postpartum period. Rachel's excited to share with parents fascinating information about parenting, child development, and the brain with the goal of supporting parents through the joys and challenges of raising their children.
