As an American, when I think of a Dream Pop artist, the last place I would think they would be from is Russia, but Moscow based Sergey Khavro defies that narrative. First entering the scene in 2011 with his EP “Memories”, Under the pseudonym Parks, Squares and Alleys, Sergey has made Dream Pop popular before it was even known.
