Description

This episode of our Pathways & Politics series features an interview with Labour MP Glen Bennett. He talks with Paul Barber from The Salvation Army’s Social Policy and Parliamentary Unit about his pathways in life and faith, and his first term as an MP in Parliament in Wellington.

Glen grew up in The Salvation Army with parents who are Salvation Army officers. Caring for those on the margin - including many years working with children in foster care - is central to his life and his vision for politics.

This interview is part of our 8-part series where we interview 8 current MP's about their faith, backgrounds, politics and key issues for Election 2023.
