it only takes a minute to Pause & Observe. something as simple as pulling the car over to just “watch over” one of us for just a minute could possibly save a life....someone gets to breathe...another day.  Let's remember the art of probability....criminal minded folk prefer to act in the path of least resistance...just another's presence....adds another layer of resistance.
