Welcome to the Growth Mindset Podcast! Today's podcast guest is Peggy Shippen. I first met Mrs. Shippen in 7th grade, when she interviewed me to be one of the nine girls in the Coachella Valley to be given a scholarship to spend one week at UC Irvine studying a field in STEM. Mrs. Shippen and I talk about the various occupations she has taken throughout her life, such as a human rights investigator, to her obtaining her pilot's license, to giving wonderful advice on how to pick yourself up when you have made a mistake.
