On this episode of 'Ours To Protect' here on Ireland's Classic Hits, Traic spoke to local Westmeath County Councillor Hazel Smyth of the Green Party on the policy taken by her county to cut down on the use of pesticides when clearing out green areas. 

Last year, Westmeath County Council undertook this policy, with Councillor Smyth playing a key role in its implementation, and she spoke to Traic about its impact.
