 Phil is passionate about improving the world's financial health. Initially working as a trader and investment manager, he led teams tasked with scaling retail platforms to mass market adoption in both the B2B and B2C space. 

As part of this effort, he interviewed over 10,000 people about their finances and where they were struggling and used this knowledge to develop tools to improve the UK's financial health. Phil is currently the Founder and CEO of Accru, a start-up aiming to make the high-yields available in crypto safe and accessible to everyone. 

Phil, the author of The Money Triangle, proceeds of which supports various financial education charities.
