New Testament scholar Scot McKnight gives the keynote address for the Inaugural Bethel Colloquium on Pietism Studies. He urges evangelicals to recover their own history, particularly as it is rooted in two "protest impulses": the Anabaptism (which sought a total reform of the church) and Pietism (which sought a renewal of it).
