Being a working mom and balancing family can be quite a challenge. This is a particular challenge when you also want to be very successful in your business and equally successful at home. Annie and Neda share from their own experience as working moms what the balancing act has looked like for themselves, and how they manage some of the tougher aspects of working and family like organization, communication with their partners, and guilt.
