Stephan Robineau is a seasoned international business executive and board member with global leadership experience in driving strategic growth and business transformation. He is passionate about enabling customer success through portfolio innovation and is a fervent believer in the innovation IoT can bring to the human experience. Stephan thrives in diverse and multi-cultural environments. A “servant leader”, he always puts customers, employees and his team experience first, leading the ALE Network business division.

Throughout his 20+ years in executive positions in networking, Stephan has delivered growth and innovation to transform organisations and processes for business-driven automation, simplification and quality.

His combination of pragmatic technology skills and knowledge, and strong business acumen, enabled Stephan to create and promote the business engine team concept, closing the gap to success between portfolio readiness, sales and channel enablement, and market adoption. During his time at ALE, Stephan has also innovated organisational processes with fully automated system quality assurance and agile R&D cycles to ensure repeatable quality and content adherence for hardware and software releases.

Stephan is a distinguished member of the Alcatel-Lucent Bell Labs Technical Academy, as well as a graduate of Polytech Nantes, France, where he achieved a Master's degree in Electronics, Engineering and Computer Science. Stephan also holds a Management certificate from ESSEC business school.
