In this lecture Police and Crime Commissioner David Lloyd presents his plan for the county entitled ‘Everyone’s Business’. In this plan he suggests some radical changes in order to put the public first and ensure offenders pay proportionately for the harm they cause as well as plans to bring greater business sense in policing and crime. Mr Lloyd believes that we can all do more to make our county better. The police can improve, members of the public can do more to help fight crime and businesses can also contribute to create the type of society that we want to live, study and work in.
