On this episode of Sooner State of Mind, stoke levels are rising! The Sooners didn't end the regular season the way they wanted to, but at least they will be headed to a bowl game. The Sooners are set to take on Navy in the Armed Forces Bowl on December 27th. The question is, will they have enough players to field a team? The transfer portal losses for the Sooners are starting to add up, but will it eventually be addition by subtraction? We also take a look at OU's 2025 season schedule. At first glance, it doesn't seem as brutal as 2024, but nonetheless, it is still totally brutal. Then, we preview the matchups in the 12-team College Football Playoff. We have some epic games to look forward to in the upcoming weeks and it is going to be totally awesome. Then we take a quick look at the Heisman Trophy finalists. It looks like this award is finally going to a non-quarterback for the first time in a long time.
