Welcome back to our devoted listener(s)! To kick off this new season, we've decided to pivot from 1990s/2000s action movies to something not at all related: the movies of Preston Sturges. Now, if you don't know anything about Sturges's movies, or if you think you won't be interested, DON'T WORRY! We will do our level best to showcase how funny, compelling, and of-the-moment they can be. This week, we're starting with The Lady Eve (1941), a romp with a sexy lady swindler, a derpy rich dweeb, revenge, and love, not to mention several other parts that we love.
