In this episode, Mark is joined by the Impact Team's Head of Delivery, Sophia Brammer, alongside two of our newly-hired graduates, Jake and Ed.
We discuss the experience of looking for work, being hired, and subsequently onboarded into client engagements - all from the viewpoint of working from home in the post-COVID era. We also discuss what has been good, and not so good during this time, along with some honest debate around what The Impact Team - and other firms generally - could and should be doing to make sure we stay connected and engaged.
