my puppy is 2 months. I'm in a townhouses. I'm keeping the crate downstairs, but what do I do upstairs? I have a portable little collapsible pen...with zipper enclosure. she whines....im ignoring her when I know she doesn't have to go. am I handling this correctly...any thoughts?
