Dress for Success is the leading global nonprofit employment resource for women and has been at the forefront of the women’s empowerment movement for 26 years. We serve unemployed and underemployed women from a variety of backgrounds, and with a wide range of needs.

Your Hour, Her Power® is our annual global campaign–that launches in March for International Women’s Day & Women’s History Month–to raise funds & spotlight our mission to help women find jobs and land on their feet. These are single women, survivors of domestic abuse, women in recovery, recently incarcerated, or simply those who lack resources or options. Without the funds raised from this campaign, we would not be able to support our 144 affiliates in 24 countries around the world. Additionally, our campaign seeks to honor women leaders for the pivotal role they play in driving economic and social progress.
