Jennifer holds her doctorate degree from the University of Alabama Birmingham, her master's degree from Dartmouth College, her bachelor's degree from the University of South Alabama, and her Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt from The Ohio State University and Moresteam. She is a Fellow of the American College of Healthcare Executives, and she serves as a visiting professor at Georgia State University’s Robinson College of Business.
