Prime Minister Madbouly said he is coordinating with Investment and Trade Minister Hassan El Khatib over a new package that would encourage and incentivize both new and current investors to inject more investments into various sectors.

Prime Minister Madbouly said he is working with Finance Minister Ahmed Kouchouk to finalize the tax reform announced earlier this month by the end of September.

The National Tunnels Authority inked an MoU with a consortium led by French construction company Vinci to prepare the preliminary design and technical study for phase 4C of the Cairo Metro Line 3, according to a Transport Ministry statement. The new phase will extend from Heliopolis to Cairo International Airport.

SKPC sent a release with reference to news circulating about the completion of the merger deal between SKPC and Ethydco. The company announced that it has not been notified of the completion of procedures related to one of the strategic investors acquiring share in Ethydco’s capital through the partial exit of some of its existing shareholders. Moreover, to date, SKPC has not received any updates regarding the completion of its acquisition of Ethydco.
