More than 100,000 American women give birth in their 40s each year, but how many of those women are WOMEN OF COLOR, what does that look like for Black Women and the health of their pregnancies and their babies.
For women over 40 and certainly 50, there are some unique concerns that may arise with trying to have children after 40. Some women struggle with infertility for years and some women are fine with becoming mothers via other options.
This episode we have the pleasure of discussing both the JOURNEY and JOY of having babies later in life from and noted OB-GYN , Dr. Tiffani Jones and an Infertility Advocate, Tamara McGill McFarland who’s smiling from ear to ear about her own journey.
