Preservatives, Cell Turnover and Bioavailability

Description
I think preservatives are bad. Preservative is a broad term but I’m talking especially about those used to preserve meats, fats and fatty acids.
Preservatives such as:
Sodium Nitrate
Sodium Benzoate
Sodium Chloride (regular salt)
BHT
TBHQ
Those are the ones I can think of, top of mind. Blocking cell turnover and blocking absorption.
