Now anyone who has read Out of Office will know that I've written about how to raise your prices, I have successfully raised my prices repeatedly throughout the years but this year it's felt much harder and I was trying to unpick why that might be and I realised that being diagnosed with a chronic illness has had a major impact on my confidence as a business owner.
