Is it real love - or infatuation? It's the same thing in business!
How we identify a healthy love relationship is the same same process we use in business.
In a simplistic model, we look are 2 criteria:
- There is a strong desire to truly be a better person/business and we see the same desire in the other party
- The other party would never do anything to put you in danger, and neither would you.
The trust build in this type of relationship is what frees us to give and bring our all - in business and in love.
Business, if ANYTHING - is personal.
