Todays podcast is about that feeling you get when your minds blown, crammed full of info and things to do, but rather than feel defeated or overwhelmed, the best thing to do is jot down three things that can be done easily. Don’t worry about doing everything focus on small chunks and prioritise in order of achievability what you can do to avoid feeling so overwhelmed you do nothing.
