Probation Officer Admits to Inappropriate Relationship with Inmate at High-Security PrisonA probation officer, Bethany Dent-Reynolds, pleaded guilty to misconduct in a public office for having an affair with an inmate, Kieran Robinson, at HMP Belmarsh, a Category A mens prison in London. The relationship occurred between February 15th and May 3rd of this year. Dent-Reynolds was initially accused of attempting to access unauthorized information and a second misconduct charge, but these were either left on file or dropped. She has been granted bail and will be sentenced on February 6th, 2023.
