Maureen K. McCarthy and Zelle Nelson are social scientists who design collaborative relationships—with the brain in mind. They are Co-Directors of the Center for Collaborative Awareness and Co-Creators of the Blueprint of We Collaboration Process, which is currently used in 100+ countries worldwide to design and sustain healthier, more resilient business relationships. Maureen and Zelle have worked with organizations from Astra Zeneca to the World Relief Organization to create vibrant leaders, design enlightened collaboration, and help re-imagine the way we do business in an increasingly complex world.
