We’ve all dealt with it.  Some of us really struggle with it.  A few of us are at a professional level with it. Procrastination.

What’s up with this, anyway?  WHY do we do it?  It just doesn’t make sense. Is there something deep down that keeps us from doing what we know we have to do?  Can we learn to do it less, maybe even escape its ugly grip?
