Isabelle began her career in the film industry as a post-production manager before transitioning into games. Her passion for creative collaboration, production workflows, and team dynamics led her to Ubisoft, where she’s spent over two decades driving co-development and studio partnerships. She’s worked on major titles like Assassin’s Creed Valhalla and now serves as Director of Studio Partnerships for the iconic Assassin’s Creed franchise, helping shape global collaboration strategies across internal and external teams.
