Description

In this episode of "Talking Women's Health," host Amy Young, MD, is joined by Gabriella Gosman, MD, Associate Executive Director and Chief of Medical Affairs for ABOG, and her colleague, Kenneth H. Kim, MD, Associate Executive Director and Chief of Medical Practice and Certification Innovation at ABOG.

Listen in as these three ABOG leaders discuss professionalism in the workplace, specifically in the sometimes challenging and stressful settings where delivery of excellent patient care is everyone’s utmost goal. Dr. Young and her guests cover the importance of professionalism with respect to patient interactions, with medical colleagues, and well as with medical staff at all levels of patient care settings, and even with ABOG staff.

They also touch on the criticality of face-to-face communication or phone conversations to ensure clarity and alignment on patient care in a digital-first world, where emails and text messages have seemingly overtaken both work and personal lives.
