Udi Dekel is the managing director of The Institute for National Security Studies (INSS) in Israel and one of the principal architects of the INSS Plan: A Strategic Framework for the Israeli-Palestinian Arena. Three weeks ago on this program he addressed the current situation in Gaza and this week we hear about the comprehensive INSS plan to deal with Judaea and Samaria.(22:56-51:26 )
