Together they discuss the need for more quality meat processing plants so that you can love where you live and where your food comes from. 

Project Ribeye plans to process around 100 beef cattle and 15-20 hogs per week. The project will create approximately 30 new jobs in Jasper County and plan to invest $10MM to construct their processing facility.
