After a month and a half back at my favorite work exchange in Nicaragua, Bigfoot Hostel, I wanted to talk about all of the good things that come with working at a hostel, but also some of the challenges. Work exchanges have become my new favorite way to travel honestly and I think this one was my ideal exchange, it would be SO hard to beat!
