I'm joining you today with a prosecco in hand from inside the Horne & Trumpet.

I've had a moment of realisation, that this is my podcast and I can talk to you about what ever I want to. So this week's episode is going to be about bravery and alignment.

The reason I want to talk about those two things this week is because my week has been filled with them both and it feels amazing! 

I'll be sharing with you what has happened since my nan's book "Pauline" launched last week, not only that, the incredibly humbling response and virility of "War Teddies" the poem I wrote for my daughter Polly and how it helped me to personally process what was happening in the Ukraine.  

When you are in alignment, when you get out of your own way and stop worrying about what people may think, incredible things happen as I'm about to share.
