The purpose of this podcast is to bring more awareness to the other side of "Bullying and Harassment of vulnerable adults in the "Elderly\Disabled Community" that was left untold until now. My son and I are victim of three (3) years of being harassed, bullied, threatened, unable to sleep, and perform normal household routines caused by panic attacks. Being afraid to exit our home without being followed, by the upstairs neighbors; and given mean threatening looks. I've made several attempts to file a formal complaint with the property manager and left disappointed as I wasn't taken seriously. The process is tedious, slow and very depressing.
