Public lighting in Renmore knocked out during Storm Eowyn in January is finally set to be restored in the coming days.

The issue was affecting lights in areas including Renmore Avenue, Rowan Avenue and Elm Park.

Local Fine Gael Councillor Shane Forde says with Halloween approaching, it’s well past time to see them back in action.
