Trent Dean is the CEO of Mercy Connect, a not-for-profit organisation focusing on delivering services to the vulnerable, providing opportunities for people in need. With a diverse background in health and aged care, community services, corporate governance, and quality improvement, Trent Dean plays a vital role in ensuring the services of Mercy Connect are meeting the needs of the vulnerable in their daily lives to allow them to live fulfilled lives. He sat down with Linh Podetti to discuss the benefits of mentorship, working for profit vs non-profit, and finding your passion and purpose in your professional life.
