Description
Boston commuter Luz Pineda is accused of violently shoving an elderly woman off a bus in a shocking caught-on-video incident. Facing assault charges, Pineda's attorney claims the victim blocked her exit while authorities allege she altered her appearance to evade capture. The victim has no memory of the attack. Pineda's bail is set at $5,000, and a pretrial hearing is scheduled for October third.
