Strawders program uses music and mentoring to boost student attendance, improve behavior, and raise grades. He also opened the Donna Street Community Center, providing resources for local families. Strawder will be honored at the Raiders Week Seventeen home game, receiving a $10,000 donation for his chosen non-profit.
