Ryan Young is a design leader and strategic thinker who enjoys working with cross-functional teams to turn whiteboard sketches into real-world products. He’s been designing since 2011 and has been making digital apps and systems more people-focused for more than 10 years. Ryan is currently the Director of Product Design for P3+Uplift, an IT staffing and software development company in Des Moines, Iowa. When he’s not working, he’s hanging with his family, reading, and finding time to fit in exercise.
